About Relocate Jersey

We are an elite boutique consultancy based in St Helier, Jersey, dedicated entirely to helping high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and corporate teams make the move to Jersey with precision and confidence.

What We Do

We provide administrative support, document architecture, and logistical coordination for Jersey's most complex residency and business licensing applications. We do not provide legal or tax advice — that is the role of your appointed regulated advisers. We build the documents that those advisers need to file.

Our work sits at the intersection of administrative precision and local knowledge. Jersey's government processes are specific, document-intensive, and unforgiving of errors. A poorly prepared submission can delay an application by months. We exist to ensure that does not happen to our clients.

Every application we produce is reviewed by regulated legal and tax partners before submission. Our success fee structure for HVR and corporate licensing ensures our incentives are fully aligned with yours — we benefit when you are approved.

Our Consultants

Every client engagement is led by a named senior consultant with direct experience of Jersey's residency and business licensing processes.

Our Principles

Confidentiality First

Every enquiry and every client engagement is handled under strict confidentiality protocols. We operate a zero-local-storage data policy — financial documents are reviewed via encrypted connection only and never retained on our systems.

Success-Aligned Fees

For HVR and corporate licensing, the majority of our fee triggers only on official government approval. We do not benefit unless you succeed.

Administrative Excellence

We produce submissions of institutional quality. The standard we set reflects the seriousness with which our clients are approaching their relocation.

Regulatory Clarity

We are transparent about what we do and do not do. We are not regulated by the JFSC and do not provide regulated services. Every client knows exactly where our role ends and their regulated advisers begin.

Our Location

We are based in St Helier, Jersey. This is not incidental. Being on the island means we have direct relationships with the professional community, the law firms, and the government offices that matter for our clients. When a matter requires a physical presence, we are there.

Remote relocation consultants can read the same government guidance you can. We offer local knowledge, local presence, and local relationships built over years of operating on the island.

Regulatory position: Relocate Jersey provides administrative support and document coordination services only. We are not regulated by the Jersey Financial Services Commission and do not provide legal advice, tax advice, or fiduciary services. Nothing on this page constitutes legal or financial advice.
