No two large-scale corporate relocations are alike. The Full Bespoke package begins with a scoping conversation in which we map every element of the move — employee numbers, family situations, property requirements, corporate housing needs, and any non-standard requirements.
We produce a written service agreement specifying exactly what is included, the timeline, the fee structure, and the deliverables at each stage. There are no hidden extras and no scope creep. If requirements change, we agree a variation in writing before proceeding.
Throughout the project, one senior consultant holds accountability for the entire programme. Every supplier, professional adviser, and government interface runs through a single point of contact. You do not manage the coordination — we do.

Pricing and Scope
Full Bespoke programmes are scoped and priced individually. The fee reflects the complexity of the move, the number of employees, and the level of lifestyle coordination required. All costs are agreed in writing before the project begins.
For companies with an ongoing requirement — for example, a company that relocates multiple employees each year — we can structure a retainer arrangement that provides priority access and preferential rates.
